inconsistent service, decent location
prime locationsigning policylittle entertainment
the hotel location was acceptable near soho square.
I found the signing policy at the hotel quite inconvenient and dystopian. I had to sign for everything. also, the staff seemed confrontational in the main restaurant, a policy i didn't appreciate. there was also very little entertainment provided. The hotel relies heavily on soho square.

I found the a la carte restaurants an absolute delight. the service was 5 star (hany and his team were particularly professional). i appreciated the comfortable rooms. The rainfall showers were amazing.
